• We will actively listen to you (By far the most often reported reason that our customers have moved to us from other design houses is the designers failure to listen and then to “force” their own ideas instead of meeting a design spec. We are determined to never have that said about us.)
• We are happy to take criticism and will never be offended by constructive, realistic, honest and respectful feedback. Instead we genuinely value this.
